Flat Galvanised Steel Duct

ICS manufactures bespoke galvanised steel flat duct. To ensure the highest of quality all duct is produced using 0.38mm thickness gauge strip steel and a high-level zinc coating to provide corrosion protection. Manufactured using an interlocking roll form system, the duct provides a concrete proof encapsulation, maintaining a housed environment for post-tension strands free from blockages.

 

Manufactured in three widths, starting at 43mm, 70mm and 90mm wide duct, with a length of 5.8 metres per piece. All flat duct is made from galvanised strip steel and contains a male to female internal coupling system. The duct is fabricated in our Dubai factory and then distributed to one of our five facilities (Australia, Bahrain, Malaysia, India, UK) for local supply or directly to the clients requested location in any territory.  

 

ICS ducting products are fully registered under the European Union’s CE guideline requirements for product conformity to distribute within the EEA. All products are CE Level 1 certified and manufactured in accordance with ICS ISO quality assurance and management system and conform to EN BS 524 standards.

The smooth flat duct has a uniformed facing up seam for full visual Pre-Pour inspections prior to casting the slab.

A V groove locking design for the seam prevents any duct from opening
during handling and installation.

Male to female fittings ensures a fully housed duct system with no couplers
required.

Accurate tendon profiling with uniformed placement on post-tension chair.
