Onion Jacks

The ICS Onion Jack is the ideal tool to form anchor points for prestressing cables, by creating onion-type dead ends for post-tension systems through spreading and separating the individual wires in the strand, eliminating the need for anchor plates or barrel/wedges.

 

Hydraulically powered with a 10T capacity, the jack makes light work of creating strand bulbs, the system includes one set of wedges at your specified size for either 12.7mm or 15.2/15.7mm strand.

 

The durable but lightweight onion jack has been specifically designed to be easily used in tough environments, with an overall weight of 10KG and a strong frame and apparatus.
